Refund policy
AutoZen is a fully functional desktop product before purchase. The free tier has no time limit and exposes the engine, demo mode, and the recon flow so you can evaluate the software end-to-end before paying for an upgrade.
Monthly Pro and All-in subscriptions
Cancel any time from the Stripe Customer Portal link inside the desktop app under Account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; the tier remains active until then.
We refund the most recent monthly charge if you have not used a paid feature since the renewal date and you contact us within 14 days of that charge. Email support@autozen.com with your license key. We confirm before issuing the refund.
Lifetime licenses
Lifetime licenses are refundable for 14 days from purchase if the license has not been activated on more than one machine and you have not placed live bets through AutoZen with the lifetime tier active. Email support@autozen.com with the license key and a brief note on what did not work. After 14 days lifetime licenses are non-refundable.
What is not covered
Refunds do not cover losses from automated bets, casino account actions, or third-party payment fees. AutoZen is software for executing a strategy you choose; it does not custody funds, place bets on your behalf without your direction, or provide financial advice. Outcomes on a casino are determined by that casino.
We do not refund for changes you make to a strategy that produced larger losses than expected, for casino-side schema drift that temporarily disables a particular game, or for a free-tier user upgrading and finding the same feature set they could already evaluate before purchase.
Disputes and chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback before contacting support@autozen.com, the associated license key is suspended for the duration of the dispute. Contact us first; chargebacks are slower and more painful for both sides than a direct refund, and we issue refunds promptly when the policy applies.
